Kam is our Office Manager, has more than 20 years of insurance experience, and can be described as kind, helpful, and a team player! She is a graduate of Lancaster High School and received her undergraduate degree from Columbus State Community College. Outside of work, you can find Kam at the local ball fields cheering on her daughter who plays softball, and her son who plays baseball. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, at local restaurants, with her two dogs, and vacationing in Destin, FL!

McKaylen is our Customer Service Representative from the Hamilton Township area! She can be described as humorous, optimistic, and empathetic. Outside of the office McKaylen enjoys baking, crocheting, cooking, and organizing! Megan can be described as organized, humorous, hardworking, and kind, and she is our Insurance Account Representative! Megan is an Ohio native from the Columbus area and is a graduate of Hilliard Davidson High School. She enjoys walking, painting, crafting, yoga, barre, and spending time with her cat, Big Mac. Sky is our positive, organized, and focused Insurance Account Representative assisting Ohio residents with their insurance needs. Sky is a graduate of Sylvania Southview High School and he attended the University of Toledo. Sky enjoys cooking, grilling, biking, traveling, and going to the pool, lake, ocean, or anything close to water. Ken is from the Cleveland area and recently relocated down to Columbus with his wife. He enjoys watching sports, reading just about anything he can and enjoys movies as well! He enjoys helping the community as he is a member of the VFW and the Lions Club in Gahanna. He is excited to assist you with all your insurance needs!

Katelin is our Insurance Account Representative from Willow Wood, Ohio, and can be described as hardworking, analytical, and congenial! She is a graduate of Symmes Valley High School, and outside of the office, Katelin enjoys camping, spending time with her son, and painting pottery. She has a Black Lab named, BJ and a fun fact about Katelin is that she is a twin! He graduated from Fallbrook Union High School, which is located in Fallbrook, California. He has a dog named, Thrall who gets his name from a video game, and an unlimited source of love!
